A fragment of mosaic from the cathedral church of S Giorgio in Ferrara is in the Museo della Cattedrale in Ferrara. The church was consecrated in 1135. There was a mosaic in the apse and on the triumphal arch of that church, presumably dated to the construction of that church. S Giorgio was destroyed by fire and rebuilt in the 18th century so don’t go looking for mosaic there now.
